In nearby St Yves, an easy 1 km walk or ride away, there is a grocery store for basic provisions and to pick up the morning baguette which is also open on a Sunday morning.
In Bubry (8 minutes drive) there are two grocery stores/bakers all of which are also open on a Sunday. There is also a large Intermarche supermarket.
In Quistinic (10 minutes drive) there is a grocery store.

Petrol can be purchased at the supermarket in Bubry 8 minutes drive away on a 24/7 basis , where you pay by machine. Likewise, petrol can be picked up at the supermarkets in Baud, Hennebont and Plouay 20 minutes away on a 24/7 basis. LPG (or GPL in France) can be purchased in nearby Hennebont, 20 minutes away.
