Your safety is our priority

In order to provide you with the highest safety possible we have developed protocols that exceed the tourism board guidelines developed in conjunction with the government health regulations in relation to Covid-19:

One week between reservations

One week between reservations

For all new bookings an entire week will be blocked out before your visit, for maximum safety.

This also means many useful things such as guides, books and games do not need to be removed.

Extensive cleaning & disinfecting

Extensive cleaning & disinfecting

The property will be carefully cleaned, with particular attention to disinfecting high touch areas.

Cleaners will utilise gloves, masks & protective footwear and the property will be well ventilated.

Linen will be washed at the highest temperatures possible.

Cleaning products supplied

Cleaning products supplied

Soap will be provided for normal hand cleaning.

Normal cleaning and disinfecting cleaning products will be supplied.

If you have rented only one cottage and the other cottage is occupied, a bottle of hydro-alcohol gel will be available in each cottage, the laundry & bicycle store for shared equipment and hand sanitising.

Covid-19 has changed our world in so many ways we could never have imagined.

Therefore, in order to allow everyone to benefit from the same level of safety, we ask that our guests, whilst the pandemic is still continuing, to follow some simple steps that will both safeguard themselves as well as others.

This guidance will be provided before arrival and covers:

Our collection service has been suspended to minimise the handling of your groceries.

However, you can directly use the “Click and Collect” service at the local Intermarché supermarket in Bubry.

Clear explanation of when to notify us of any illness in your group.

Self check-in & check-out

Self check-in & check-out

Check-in and check out procedures will be automated to protect everyone from unnecessary contact and respect distancing rules.

We will send you both a guide and a video before your arrival so you can familiarise yourselves with the property in advance.

Clear guidelines will be given regards protections, including cleaning and ventilation, both during your stay and on departure.

These are designed to protect yourselves, the cleaners and the next guests.



Routine maintenance will be carried out between departures and arrivals.

Pool cleaning and garden maintenance will be undertaken during your stay, but social distancing must be maintained.

Shared facilities

Guidelines for shared facilities

There are two holiday cottages at Le Crann.

We understand therefore, if you have only rented one cottage, you will undoubtedly have concerns about the shared facilities.

We would like to assure you on several counts:

Each cottage has its own private garden with its own barbecue and outdoor furniture

There are 4 acres of ample grounds with many different activity areas and walking routes into the forests – plenty of space to spread out in!

It is uncommon for the shared facilities to be utilised by either cottage at the same time.

Clear protocols will be provided in respect of sharing of the facilities so you can use the facilities safely, together with alcohol gel to sanitise hands and wipe down high touch shared areas or equipment.
